As the president of the company, Mr. Hung Mai, P.E. has more than 35 years of experience in Civil Site Engineering, Water/Wastewater System Design, Underground Utility, Gasoline Pipeline Design, Maintenance of Traffic, FDOT-interfacing Design, Roadway Storm Water Design, Environmental Resource Permitting, Feasibility Study, Environmental Site Assessment, Due Diligence, Rezoning and Land Use Amendment, and Public Engagement Meetings.
Mr. Jeremy Couch, E.I., also a veteran of the Armed Forces, has extensive experience in Civil Site Engineering, Utility Design, Coordination, and Permitting within FDOT maintained Right-of-Ways. His utility design experience includes the coordination with private and public utilities, coordination of wetland delineation, wetland impact justification and mitigation, neighborhood meeting and presentations, construction management, inspection, and permitting on a variety of projects within the Hillsborough County and FDOT facilities.
