Project Description
Broad Street Convenience Store is a multi-use site that encompasses a multi-pump gas station, convenience store, retail space and a drive-through carwash. This 1.53 Acre site was designed with multiple considerations in mind including: site geometry, drainage capacity, and economic viability of the total site build-out. The site layout was designed to incorporate all requirements of the reviewing municipalities while ensuring feasible construction and maintenance costs.
