Project Description
Nebraska Business Center is a 35,000 SF Commercial development on Nebraska Ave. in North Tampa. MCL was the Project Engineer and performed C.E.I. for the design of 1,190 LF of wastewater force main along Nebraska Ave (SR 45) in Tampa. The project design was performed within a limited Right of Way corridor and required extensive field verification of existing utilities. The project required the coordination of existing utilities along the SR 45 Right of Way and permitting through the FDOT, EPC, and City of Tampa Public Works Department. The project was designed, permitted and constructed in 2008.
